Specializing in in 4 and 5 axis CNC milling procedures, most of our manufacturing is of complex precision parts for aerospace, electronic and medical equipment industries.

Our production capabilities are 100% complete from blueprint to final assembly, including outside finishing processes, and other special procedures that may be required.

We specialize in working with Aluminum, Steels, Copper, as well as plastics and polymers such as Teflon and Delrin. However, Solara Engineering can also readily produce complex designs out of other more exotic materials such as Magnesium, Nickel, Titanium, Kovar, Prodec, Inconel, Super Invar, and ceramics including difficult to make forgings, castings, and dip-brazed assemblies.

  Solara Engineering specializes in dip brazed chassis and assemblies. Avionics enclosures and other assemblies ranging in size from a few cubic inches to several cubic feet are produced using the highest Quality Standards.

Solara Engineering is very well equipped with state-of-the-art Cad/Cam systems. With the ability to receive and process many different native CAD formats, and translators for most others, accurate data exchange is assured. Solara Engineering Precision Machining, Inc. hosts an FTP site on the premises allowing customers to directly upload their CAD models and drawings. We also have File Transfer accounts with most divisions of Boeing.
